The Phoebe Dress is made from a soft and breezy blend of linen and viscose rayon. This gorgeous dress features big puffy sleeves with gently gathered elastic cuff, a classic babydoll inspired silhouette, single keyhole button opening at the back of the neck, and a full gathered skirt to knee-length hemline. Sizes 12-18m through 2-3y include a coordinating bloomer. A great little dancing dress that can easily be dressed up for special occasions or dressed down for school days.
